For over
forty years the company has been dedicated to naturally processing the
salt of
the sea surrounding the islands of Ibiza and Formentera. The salt is
extracted
by evaporation from salt pans, called “Salinas”.
Following
ancient tradition, the salt is spread on a big surface in fine layers
to dry
under the Mediterranean sun. The large crystals are ground by a stone
mill and
finally packed by hand.
