For over forty years the company has been dedicated to naturally processing the salt of the sea surrounding the islands of Ibiza and Formentera. The salt is extracted by evaporation from salt pans, called “Salinas”.

Following ancient tradition, the salt is spread on a big surface in fine layers to dry under the Mediterranean sun. The large crystals are ground by a stone mill and finally packed by hand.

The salt originates from the sea of the natural park “Parque Natural de Ses Salines d’Eivissa i Formentera” and its history of use dates back to Phoenicians and Romans times.

The company offers a great variety of salt for different purposes, from decalcification to food preservation.
